When you email, a clear subject line helps us get to your message faster. Something like “Calculator bug on mobile” or “Article idea about senior cats” works great.
What We Can Help With
A few common reasons people reach out:
- Questions about how the calculator works
- Suggestions for new features or articles
- Bug reports if something looks broken
- Sharing feedback on a post or guide
- Asking us to cover a topic we have not touched yet
- Press, partnership, or interview requests
We try to reply within a few days. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, especially on weekends. We read every message even if a reply takes time.
What We Cannot Help With
A few things to keep in mind:
We are not vets. If your cat is sick, injured, or behaving in a way that worries you, please contact a real veterinarian. We cannot give medical advice and we will not pretend to. This is important and we say it everywhere because it really matters.
We are also not an adoption service. If you are looking to adopt or rehome a cat, your local shelter or rescue group is the right place to start.
A Quick Note on Spam
We get a lot of “guest post” pitches, link exchange requests, and SEO service offers. These all go straight to the bin. So please do not waste your time sending them.
